6. Take time when eating Eating slowly with the exact amount of food makes you feel more full while having consumed less. Also, when you feel satisfied, stop eating. Remember to eat when you’re hungry, not when you can.

7. Cut the amount of calories In order to attain your desired body, avoid eating food with high calories. The required amount of calories that your body may need is 1,200-1,500 per day. Eat only the food like lean meat, vegetables and fruits, and whole grain since these are rich in vitamins, mineral, nutrients, protein and fiber.
